Ripley, Surrey 500+ Homes

The site near Ripley is 75 acres located in the prime commuter belt of Surrey, capable of delivering 550 homes.  

Ptarmigan started working with the Landowner in 2016 and successfully promoted the site through the planning system, gaining an allocation in 2018 and securing options to deliver new slip roads to service the A3 and M25 motorway (at no cost to the Landowner) and the removal/burying of High Voltage pylons/cables to enhance the development. 

The landowner and Ptarmigan sold the site in early 2019.
