Hethersett, Norfolk 1,200 Homes

Hethersett was a strategic allocation in South Norfolk’s Local Plan which Ptarmigan secured planning consent for in 2014. It consisted of 1,198 houses, a new primary school, a Local Centre and extensive open space. Initially the local community were resistant to the proposals however after extensive public consultation the majority of those who were opposed to it dropped their opposition.  Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon bought the whole site in 2015.
